Three ways to buy
Brand new RHI. Premium fabric in standard sizes, supplied with a full rigging package and ready for day one.
Ex-rental. Every tent in our hire fleet is for sale. Choose from more than 35 sizes and 12 colours, from used to nearly new, all maintained by the crew who rig them every week.
Custom. Awkward space? We’ll design the tent around it.
Hire for one-off events and short runs. Buy if the tent is staying up.
If it will be up for more than about two months a year, buying usually works out cheaper than hiring. Ex-rental canopies start from around £1,600, and new RHI tents with full rigging from around £3,700. Every quote is built around your size, the tent’s condition and the kit you need.
Prefer to hire? Extended hires get cheaper by the week.

We hold multiples of most sizes, and any tent can be joined to others to build larger structures. Stock moves through the season, so ask us what’s in the warehouse today.

Rigging, done properly
Ready-to-go kit. Every tent has a matching ground-rig package, which we discount. It includes:
- King poles, side poles
- pegs
- rope
- shackles and carabiners
- webbing and ratchets
Hammers, peg pullers, pole lifters and tarps are available separately. Custom packs are built to order.
No room for ropes? We can fix straight to a building, or design and install steel posts.
Tricky ground? We use Spirafix or Platipus anchors, or concrete or water ballast. We’ll tell you what your site needs before you buy.
Free advice
Send us up to three photos of your space, and we’ll recommend the size, layout and rigging. Allow 2 to 3 metres around the canopy for ropes, unless we’re fixing to a building or to steel posts.
MyTent: you buy it, we look after it
Ropes slacken, poles shift and canopies get dirty. With MyTent, we install, inspect, maintain, take down, clean and store your tent, and then put it back up next season.
Don’t want to own or store the rigging? With an equipment contribution, we keep the kit and you pay towards it only for the time you use it.

Rigging it yourself?
- Always lay the canopy on a clean, dry tarp, and keep off the fabric.
- When you take it down, release the outrig tension first, then remove the kings, drop the outrigs and release the corners last.
- Fold it properly and it goes straight back into its bag.
